Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, January 5, reveal that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will reel over Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) while Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) shocks Tate Black (Leo Howard). Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will also have a celebration, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

For starters, Leo and Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) wedding night just took a wild turn since Dimitri showed up following the ceremony.

Dimitri will have some stunning updates for Leo, who’ll be thrown for a loop over his ex coming back into his life.

Although Leo received a letter about Dimitri falling for someone else, that was probably something phony to throw him off the trail.

Dimitri may profess his enduring love and promise that he hasn’t stayed away by choice.

Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) made Dimitri disappear, but now Gwen’s decided to allow him back in the picture.

Days spoilers say Gwen will encounter some backlash on Monday’s DOOL episode, so she may face suspicions and accusations.

However, Gwen has presumably kept her hands clean enough to avoid any kidnapping charges.

Dimitri may not even know for sure that Gwen was involved in his hostage drama.

As for EJ, he’ll eventually lash out at Gwen over her grand plan and all the chaos she’s unleashed by letting Dimitri resurface in Salem.

Days spoilers say Dimitri’s return will become a major issue in Javi and Leo’s new marriage, which isn’t official yet since the paperwork hasn’t been filed.

Over with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), she’ll have some guidance to pass along to Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark).

Jeremy should appreciate whatever Julie has to say since she always has some quality words of wisdom!

Other Days spoilers say Sarah and Brady will celebrate the midnight countdown together, so they’ll share a New Year’s Eve kiss and continue to strengthen their connection.

As for Holly, it looks like she’ll make it back from Paris in time for a midnight smooch as well, so shocked Tate should end the year on a happy note.
