Sister Wives alum Meri and Ron were recently out on a fun trip as the two sat down for a good conversation. As the two visited Zion National Park, they discussed their experiences and how they have been working on themselves.
However, as the two talked about it, Meri seemed hopeful about her relationship with Ron, as she said,
“My life is super exciting. And I love that Ron is a part of it. I am kind of excited to see what kind of other adventures Ron and I will be on in the future. Who knows?”

As Meri reflects on her growing affection towards Ron, she gives viewers some insight about her relationship with Ron, as she said,
“I want somebody with whom I can just be me and be comfortable with, and I don’t have to perform. I don’t have to say the right thing or do the right thing. I can just be me, and they can accept me for me. And I feel that’s what I have with Ron. Ron and I definitely have a connection. I am so happy right now, Ron. Each time I am talking to somebody or dating somebody, I learn something I learn something about myself that I need to work on. I am impressed, I think it’s rare that men will look at themselves and what they need to do.”
Ron also weighed in and admitted to feeling good about this connection as he learned more about Meri in the process. He tells Meri,
“Just spending time with you, I feel like I know you better. I am happy too. This is a good place to be.”
Meri and Ron try to get to know more about each other
Meri opened up about Ron and how their connection is that of a friendship as they try to know more about each other.
“This is one of the first big adventures we are doing together, and I am really excited. It should be a fun day. So Ron and I have known each other for about six months. There’s no pressure, we are just hanging out, getting to know each other.”
As Meri and Ron started to talk about living their life and how they are being themselves after a long time, Ron shared a bit about his life as he told Meri,
“I am a big believer in living your authentic life. Like that’s the thing for me in the last five years, I’ve been divorced, and honestly, I have been so happy because in a lot of ways I am finding myself. For many years, I was living a life that wasn’t me.”
Meri had a bitter experience after she met Jeff, who joked about something about her past. Meri was not pleased about it as she said on the confessional clip,
“I don’t like dumb jokes. I mean, I’m a funny person. Like, let’s just put that out there. I’m freaking hilarious,” she then told the cameras. “I mean, a dumb joke has to be a good dumb joke if it’s going to be a good dumb joke. And it has to actually be a joke, not something that has to do with my family structure.”
