Coming up on Home and Away, Leah and Lacey work together to get justice for Theo. Elsewhere, Jo’s feelings for her former love threaten her future with Tane, and Bree is offered an exciting new opportunity far away from the Bay.

The gulf between Leah and Justin is widening as she feels Sonny is the only one not judging her. Justin talks things through with Alf, who points out that Leah might just be looking for someone safe, and not family, to offload her grief.

But Justin’s fears for his wife’s wellbeing are only increased when Leah refers to Sonny as “Theo” in conversation.

Channel 5

Remi and Sonny meet to discuss the studio’s new signing, Eddie, leaving Eden feeling shut out from their plans.

Cash speaks to Remi about involving Eden, but he makes it clear he doesn’t want his former bandmate interfering with his artist.

Eden ignores Cash’s warnings and crashes Remi’s meeting with Eddie. Remi is forced to get tough and tells Eden this is his record label and she needs to back off.

Channel 5

Jo meets up with David for lunch, but still can’t bring herself to tell her dad about her and Tane being an item.

Afterwards, Jo calls Tane to make plans for their date, but he has to cancel because Harper has gone out of town and left Archie with him.

Desperate to see his girlfriend, Tane ropes Cash into babysitting and tells Jo they’re still on for dinner at the Surf Club.

4. Sonny makes a promise to Justin

Justin tells Sonny that he fears Leah is in denial about Theo’s death, after she called him her late nephew’s name.

Sonny unpacks this information with Remi, who makes him realise that Justin is struggling in all of this too.

Although he doesn’t want to stop showing up for Leah, Sonny promises Justin he will report any concerns back to him.

5. Jo gets a blast from the past

Remi’s artist Eddie catches sight of David in the Bay and it soon becomes clear the men know one another from the past.

David brings Eddie up to speed on the arrest over his late wife’s car crash and explains that Jo has been feeling lonely in a new town.

Eddie accompanies David back to his, where he surprises Jo and Lacey.

6. Jo cools her romance with Tane

Channel 5

Jo calls off her date with Tane in favour of spending time with Eddie, who’s soon revealed to be her ex-boyfriend.

Tane witnesses an intimate moment between the pair and learns via Lacey that Jo and Eddie used to be a couple.

Eddie’s reappearance soon sends Jo into a spin, and she asks Tane for space while she tries to process her feelings.

7. Mac is ready for IVF again

Channel 5

Levi’s trial for assaulting a patient results in him receiving a 12-month behaviour bond. His family are relieved by the news, but Levi knows he’s still got to face the hospital board.

Mackenzie suggests they try another round of IVF, but Levi is thrown and immediately dismisses the idea.

Feeling hurt, Mac offloads to Tane, but he thinks she’s avoiding her issues by wanting to jump back into treatment.

8. Levi and Mac try to reconnect

Levi and Mac have an honest conversation and agree they’ve been sweeping things under the rug.

Mac admits it’s not the right time to start IVF again, leaving Levi to fear she doesn’t want a family with him anymore.

The couple eventually get back on the same page and agree to focus on repairing their relationship before considering anything else.

9. Lacey wants justice for Theo

Channel 5

David informs Leah that Wendell’s sentencing is coming up, but she’s unsure whether to record a victim impact statement.

Lacey is also offered the chance to do one and ultimately decides everyone needs to know what Wendell did.

She urges Leah to join her, explaining she can use her voice when Theo no longer has his.

Channel 5

Leah watches on as Lacey delivers her powerful victim impact statement, but is too overwhelmed with grief to complete her own.

She returns home, where Justin and Sonny are waiting to offer their support. Sonny agrees he’ll stay the night to be on hand if Leah needs him.

As Justin leaves for grief counselling the following morning, Sonny’s words of encouragement give Leah the confidence to try and make her statement again.

11. Leah finally sees the light

Channel 5

Pushing through her grief, Leah is able to deliver a moving statement and finally acknowledges Lacey wasn’t to blame for Theo’s death – it was all Wendell’s doing.

Afterwards, Leah is comforted by Justin and Sonny who tell her how proud Theo would be.

Sonny returns home to Dana, who’s understanding of his need to help Leah during this dark time.

12. Bree receives an exciting offer

Channel 5

Bree is elated when the medical board approves her request to give everyone in the ED a personal alarm.

As celebrations get under way at the hospital, Dana delivers a speech thanking Bree for her tireless efforts in protecting the staff.

Later, Bree reveals to Dana that she’s received a call from Doctors Without Borders, asking her to reapply for a job with the charity.

13. Remi puts his heart on the line with Bree

Channel 5

Bree acknowledges there’s nothing holding her back from pursuing a job with Doctors Without Borders, but decides to tell Remi.

He’s secretly gutted to learn his former love is considering leaving and admits to Sonny that he always hoped he and Bree would get back together one day.

Unwilling to give up on that dream, Remi pleads with Bree to not take the job and stay with him in Summer Bay.

What will she do?
