Yellowstone Star Lainey Wilson Plans Glamorous Country Wedding to Steelers’ Devlin Hodges

Country superstar Lainey Wilson is taking fans behind the scenes of her big love story. The Yellowstone star is planning a massive, country-inspired wedding with Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Devlin Hodges on her 30-acre Nashville property — a celebration that promises southern charm, musical magic, and star-studded guests.

A Country-Style Celebration with a Twist

Sources describe the wedding as “sexy country,” blending traditional southern elegance with a touch of sass. While Lainey is already exploring wedding dresses that highlight her slender figure, she’s staying true to her Southern roots — no cowgirl hats on the aisle, despite the country flair.

The venue will feature horses, sparkling lights, and a mix of live music, including country, jazz, and retro performances. Wilson herself may even take the stage during the festivities, giving fans a personal performance amid the wedding celebrations.

A Guest List to Rival the Grammys

Lainey’s big day will include some of her Yellowstone castmates, such as Ian Bohen, who plays her on-screen love interest Ryan. Country music royalty is also expected, with names like Dolly Parton, Luke Combs, and Anne Wilson rumored to attend.

However, the star guest will likely be Lainey’s sister, Janna Sadler, highlighting the personal, family-centered side of the celebration. For the beverage lovers in attendance, Coors will be on hand, continuing Lainey’s long-standing partnership with the beer brand.

From Engagement to Wedding Planning

The couple’s love story began in 2021, though they kept it private until their red-carpet debut in 2023. Devlin Hodges proposed at the George Jones estate in Franklin, Tennessee, presenting Lainey with a diamond ring in a cowboy-hat-shaped box. Their engagement was publicly announced in February 2025.

Although Lainey isn’t rushing the nuptials, the wedding will happen after her 2025 Whirlwind World Tour concludes. She has been traveling internationally, performing sold-out shows across Europe and the U.S., and has even scheduled shows into 2027.

A Star on the Rise

Wilson’s career has skyrocketed alongside her personal life. She recently achieved her fifth and sixth No. 1 songs with hits like Watermelon Moonshine and her collaboration with Jelly Roll, Save Me. Her critically acclaimed album, Bell Bottom Country, has earned Billboard recognition, CMA and ACM Album of the Year awards, and a Grammy nomination.

In addition to her music, Wilson has expanded her influence through partnerships with Wrangler and Coors. She recently helped promote the Wrangler x Coors Banquet Collection, a western-wear apparel line, and has been seen rocking pieces from the collection while on tour.

Touring Across the Globe

The Whirlwind World Tour began in March 2025 in Zurich, Switzerland, and has taken Lainey to cities across Europe including Antwerp, Berlin, London, and Paris. The U.S. leg began in mid-August, with stops in Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver, and more, culminating in Orlando on November 8. Along the way, she has shared the stage with top country artists including Jon Pardi, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, HARDY, and Jason Aldean.
