After weeks of being manipulated and forced deeper into Ray’s network, April (Amelia Flanagan) has had enough. Her latest botched drug run left her and Dylan owing thousands — a debt Ray is happy to inflate to keep them trapped.
In a desperate attempt to claw back some of the money, April begins targeting university students, only for Dylan to become horrified at just how far she’s willing to go. He even begs Ray to release her, but the ruthless dealer instead manipulates Dylan into compliance, tightening his control.
A Terrifying Mistake
Trying to balance normal life with her criminal double life, April agrees to look after her little brother Leo. But when Ray demands another job, she makes a devastating choice — leaving Leo alone for “just a few hours.”
On her way out, she drops a packet of pills. By the time she returns, her worst nightmare is unfolding: Leo is rushed into an ambulance after finding the drugs.
The incident shakes April to her core. Distraught, she tells Dylan she’s done with the drug world and wants to confess everything, no matter the consequences.
