During the inquest, Sefton Senior Coroner Julie Goulding confirmed that Andy had been living with several serious health conditions. “Peter had a significant number of serious underlying clinical co-morbidities and, notwithstanding all appropriate care and treatment, his condition deteriorated, culminating in his death,” she said. His death was ruled accidental.
