BOMBSHELL EASTENDERS: Nish Panesar RETURNS FROM THE DEAD – Ravi Gulati FALLS INTO A NIGHTMARE WITH NO ESCAPE
EastEnders continues to send chills down viewers’ spines as one of Walford’s most iconic figures, Nish Panesar, is resurrected from the dead in a shocking twist. The latest footage leaves viewers in disbelief as Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) encounters his deceased father in a terrifying situation. The nightmare Ravi is living has entered a new chapter—a dark, haunting, and inescapable one.

Not only is Ravi facing a dysfunctional family, but he must also grapple with his own bloody past, while Nish—the cruel father he himself drove to his death—resurfaces in his mind like an unshakeable ghost.

Ravi in the Labyrinth of Illusions

The situation escalates when Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) drugs Ravi to avenge her son, Harry (Elijah Holloway). Nicola, the “crime boss,” plans revenge to make Ravi pay for what he did to Harry’s family. However, the effects of the drug and prolonged state of panic leave Ravi unable to distinguish between reality and hallucinations.
As Ravi is led into The Arches, terrifying hallucinations of his deceased father—Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry), whom Ravi had killed to protect Suki (Balvinder Sopal)—flood his mind. Nish’s death, which seemed to have ended everything, now becomes a living ghost in Ravi’s panic.
Nishi Panesar: A haunting return
As viewers know, Nish Panesar fell from a cliff last January in an attempt to sabotage the wedding of Suki and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace). Ravi—who directly led Nish to his death—was part of this tragedy. He saved Suki, but at the cost of his father’s death. It was a death that Walford could never forget. But now, with Nish appearing in Ravi’s hallucination, the big question is: Did Nish really die, or was it all just a mind-bending illusion?
When Ravi thinks he’s confronting his past, he’s not only battling the pain but also facing an unerasable guilt. Images of Nish continue to appear in his delirium, making everything even more complicated and difficult to escape.
Ravi’s nightmare: Is there a chance to turn back?
Ravi is now facing a terrible shock: he attacked his own son. While delirious from drugs, Ravi attacked Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) thinking he was facing Nish. This fatal blow knocked Nugget unconscious, and the Gulati family now faces an unhealable wound.
At the hospital, Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) collapses upon learning that her son is in a deep coma, while Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) witnesses Nugget’s heartbreaking situation, unable to comprehend what has happened.
Ravi’s belated awakening
When Ravi woke up in the street, he had no memory of what had happened. His phone was full of cryptic messages, and gradually, he realized he was to blame for the tragedy. This plunged Ravi into a deeper crisis than ever before. He had to confront the question: Could his family forgive this mistake?
Despite being investigated and facing the stress of police scrutiny, Ravi was unaware that the truth about Nish’s death would continue to haunt him. Ravi had already made the biggest mistake of his life—and now, he faced not only Harry’s revenge, but also the indelible trauma of his own past.
Nish, the nightmare isn’t over yet.

With Nish returning to Ravi’s mind, Walford enters another dark period. Those involved will have to face the consequences of their misguided decisions. Ravi is no longer in power. He faces the breakdown of his family and irreparable relationships.
Horrifying secrets have been buried, but now they will resurface, threatening not only Ravi but also Walford.
