“We’re not rushing this storyline at all,” Brooks said. “We love Debbie — she’s funny, full of life, and brings such warmth to the show. There are so many stories around her that aren’t defined by her dementia. For Debbie, it’s about making the most of every moment and enjoying her love for Ronnie.”
The wedding itself will reflect that outlook — bright, unique, and full of personality.
“It’s going to be a gorgeous, joyful wedding,” Brooks teased. “It’s very Debbie — lovable, a bit out there, and bursting with fun.”
