Emmerdale actor Bradley Riches has shared his gratitude — both in character and out — after his on-screen alter ego, Lewis Barton, moved into a plush new home in the Dales, thanks to none other than Kim Tate.
Lewis Barton Finds His “Lounge of Luxury”
The Heartstopper star joined Emmerdale earlier this year as Lewis Barton, the first neurodivergent character in the village. Since his debut, Lewis has quickly won over fans with his warmth and honesty — and now he’s enjoying a change of scenery in style.
After Kim Tate (Claire King) stepped in to help Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) find new housemates, she arranged for Lewis and Ross Barton (Michael Parr) to move in at Dale View. The unlikely trio’s living situation has already sparked laughter and chaos, with fans affectionately dubbing their new digs “the lads’ pad.”
Taking to Instagram, Bradley celebrated the on-screen move with a cheeky post, writing:
“Some may call Dale View a ‘Lad Pad’ — I call it Lewis’s Lounge of Luxury. Thanks Kim Tate!”
Co-star Bradley Johnson responded in kind, commenting, “The best housemates,” while fans flooded the comments with excitement over the new setup.
