Emmerdale favourite Lisa Riley has officially swapped the Dales for the jungle, but her co-stars are already teasing that she’s made a “dangerous” decision before stepping into I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The beloved actress — best known for playing Mandy Dingle — has been confirmed as one of the big names in this year’s ITV reality show, which launches on Sunday, November 16, at 9pm with Ant and Dec back as hosts.

Lisa Says Goodbye to the Dales (for Now)

Lisa’s jungle journey was confirmed in true Emmerdale style through a cheeky Instagram video filmed in the iconic village. Dressed as Mandy, she was seen locking up her character’s business before smiling to the camera and declaring:

“Well, that’s the business closed for weeks. The rumours seem to be true. See you in Australia.”

Bradley Riches Steps In — and Warns Fans

Lisa’s Emmerdale co-star Bradley Riches (Lewis Barton) was quick to respond to the viral clip, joking:

“Omg this video is good! Who’s running your social media?”

Moments later, Bradley revealed it’s actually him who’ll be managing Lisa’s social accounts while she’s in the jungle — and fans are loving it.

Posting to Instagram, he wrote:

“It’s OFFICIAL — our girl Lisa Riley is in the jungle!! While Lisa’s off living her best jungle life, I’ll be running her socials — @brad_riches — (dangerous, I know). She told me not to push the votes for trials… but OF COURSE I WILL!”

He added with a laugh:

“We need drama and we certainly need the laughs! My TikTok dances are on pause while we crown the one and only Lisa Riley. Get ready for the most Gen Z jungle socials you’ve ever seen.”

Soap Stars Show Their Support

The Emmerdale cast aren’t the only ones rallying behind Lisa. Coronation Street actress Cait Fitton, who plays Lauren Bolton, commented:

“You’re gonna absolutely slay, and I can’t wait to watch you shine!! Good luck lovely.”

Other cast members are also cheering her on, promising to vote for her in every trial — much to Bradley’s delight.
