Home and Away Spoilers: Mackenzie’s Pregnancy Joy and Lacey’s Risky Break-In
Next week on Home and Away, happiness finally returns for Mackenzie Booth and Levi Fowler as their IVF journey brings the news they’ve been praying for — but across the bay, Lacey Langham takes a dangerous gamble that could destroy her family’s fragile peace.
A Break in the Case — and the Law
After months of grief and suspicion following their mother Kristina’s death, the Langhams have been searching for closure. Thanks to Jo’s hypnotherapy sessions, she finally remembered a key detail from the night of the fatal crash — another car, on the wrong side of the road, forced her off course.

This revelation reignited David’s unofficial investigation, leading him to a new suspect — Councillor Craig Wendell, who suspiciously sold his car mere days after the accident.
Despite Wendell’s insistence that he remembers nothing, David (Jeremy Lindsay Taylor) smells a cover-up. But when he tries to press the councillor, he’s hit with two brutal blows — a legal warning to back off and a call from his superintendent ordering him to close the case entirely.

While David is forced to stand down, Lacey (Sophea Pennington) refuses to. She manipulates the situation, faking a panic attack with Jo’s help to lure David away from the station. As soon as he leaves, she sneaks in and snaps photos of his investigation board.
Lacey’s solo crusade could expose the truth about their mother’s killer — or destroy her father’s career.

Mackenzie and Levi’s Miracle Moment
Meanwhile, over at the farmhouse, Mac (Emily Weir) and Levi (Tristan Gorey) are riding a wave of cautious hope as they await results from their second IVF attempt.
After a heartbreaking first round, this new procedure feels like their last chance at a family. But Mac’s anxiety is relentless — every ache, every flutter sends her imagination spinning. Levi tries to keep her grounded, reminding her it’s too early to tell… but when he suggests taking a pregnancy test, she can’t resist.
Moments later, Mac emerges from the bathroom in tears — then breaks into a smile.
“Congratulations,” she whispers, voice trembling. “You’re gonna be a dad.”
Levi sweeps her into his arms, and for the first time in months, the couple can breathe again.

A Secret Slips Out
The next morning, Mac and Levi agree to keep their news private — at least for now. But secrecy doesn’t last long in Summer Bay.
When Mali (Kyle Shilling) accidentally finds the discarded positive test in the bin, he assumes it belongs to Abigail (Hailey Pinto). Flustered, he pulls Mac aside for a quiet word — forcing her to admit the truth.

To her surprise, Mali is overjoyed. His excitement lightens the burden of secrecy, and suddenly, the couple no longer feels so alone in their happiness.
Later, they toy with sharing the news at Eden and Cash’s upcoming joint celebration, but ultimately decide it’s not their moment. For now, their baby joy will stay between the three of them — though in Home and Away, secrets never stay buried for long.

What’s Next?
As Lacey’s reckless choices threaten to unravel her father’s investigation, David faces professional ruin — and the return of old guilt. Meanwhile, Mac and Levi’s fragile joy could face new challenges as their pregnancy news inevitably spreads through the Bay.
Love, lies, and long-awaited miracles — next week’s Home and Away promises to be an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish.
