‘Yellowstone’ star joins ‘Lioness’ season 3 cast as filming begins in Fort Worth

Nicole Kidman as Kaitlyn Meade in “Lioness,” episode 7, season 2, streaming on Paramount+, 2024.

One of the main supporting actors in “Yellowstone” has found his next Taylor Sheridan project.

Variety reported Monday, Oct. 6 that Ian Bohen, who played Ryan on “Yellowstone,” has joined the cast of “Lioness” season 3 as filming begins at SGS Studios in north Fort Worth. Paramount officially renewed the show for a third season last week.

Bohen is set to play Grady, who is described as “a by-the-book Delta Force operator and primary K9 handler, skilled in battlefield tactics.”

This is Bohen’s fourth project with Sheridan after roles in “Wind River” and “Sicario: The Day of the Soldado.” Bohen is also no stranger to filming in Fort Worth, after “Yellowstone” filmed scenes in the Stockyards at Billy Bob’s Texas a little over a year ago.

Bohen has already been spotted with the “Lioness” cast over the weekend at B&B Butchers & Restaurant in The Shops at Clearfork. Fellow cast member James Jordan shared the following photo of the cast getting together.
